​Rashaundra Eberhart, aka “Coach Rashaundra” is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. Born and raised in South DeKalb County, Coach Rashaundra is very aware and familiar with the community that helped to shape her. Rashaundra is a graduate of Cedar Grove High School and she attended Albany State University.
​Rashaundra has been involved with cheerleading for more than 25 years, she began cheering at age 5 and although she has experienced and been involved in many other sports, cheerleading has always been her original love. Rashaundra’s passion, dedication and love for cheerleading, dance and tumbling has given her the overwhelming joy and privilege of extending her knowledge to hundreds of youth in the Metro Atlanta area during the course of her cheerleading career.
​Rashaundra began her coaching career as an assistant coach at Gresham Park and she quickly moved to Head Coach. In 2007 after numerous wins at the recreational level Rashaundra’s vision to start her own All-Star team started to take shape. In 2009 with her dream and vision in her mind as well as her heart and all of her savings Rashaundra started the ground work to start her own team. In 2010 Exclusive Elite All-Stars was born and started its journey as an official competition cheerleading team has a Youth Level 2 Team. With limited funding Rashaundra along with her family of coaches began practicing the girls in her own backyard, working with the girls on expanding their knowledge of  tumbling ,jumps, motions, movements, and stunts. By the end of the first season this fierce little team walked away with two Grand Champions and two 1st Place wins. 

In 2011 Rashaundra officially opened the doors to the Exclusive Elite All-Stars gym with and addition of a Youth Level 1 Team. Through continued dedication and hard work EEA went on to secure three additional Grand Champion Titles, two National Titles and five 1st Place wins.

Rashaundra hopes to instill determination, commitment, loyalty and hard work to all individuals.
